About the Mental Health First Aid Course:

The Blended Mental Health First Aid course equips adults (18 years and over) with the knowledge to offer initial support to adults developing a mental illness or experiencing a mental health crisis. This comprehensive course is divided into two instructor-led online sessions, led by our Mental Health First Aid Principal Master Facilitator, Jenny Blaikie. In addition, participants will engage in 5-7 hours of self-paced eLearning. Successful completion of both sessions is a prerequisite for program certification.
